St. Pete Reads! Lit Fest Returns to the Woodson on November 1, 2025 Celebrating National Family Literacy Month with Stories, Creativity, and Culture

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — The Cultured Books Literacy Foundation will host the 4th Annual St.
Pete Reads! Lit Fest on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Woodson
African American Museum of Florida (2240 9th Ave. S., St. Petersburg, FL 33712).
Officially proclaimed St. Pete Reads Day in 2022 by the City of St. Petersburg, the festival
marks the start of National Family Literacy Month with a day of storytelling, artistry, and
connection. The free community festival welcomes readers and creatives of all ages to enjoy
author talks, workshops, live music, and spaces that celebrate how literature lives and grows in
our city.
