Gulfport Tuesday Fresh Market will take place every Tuesday. The market offers the ideal opportunity to find one-of-a-kind items from over 80 local makers, artisans and crafters. The weekly market includes vendors Christy’s Creations, Mama Pearls Baking, Sylvia Dale Collection plus many more women owned businesses.

Christy DeLuca: The Heart Behind Christy’s Creations. After 30 years in the hospitality industry, Christy DeLuca finally traded her server’s apron for a baker’s whisk. A native Floridian who spent three decades in the Florida Keys, Christy was inspired to launch her own business in 2025. Encouraged by a longtime vendor friend who recognized her talent, she and her husband decided to bring her homemade treats to the Gulfport Tuesday Fresh Market. Operating out of her home kitchen, Christy prides herself on using fresh ingredients and baking every item with genuine passion. While she enjoys introducing new products each week, her signature Blueberry Sweet Bread—made with cream cheese—remains a consistent sell-out favorite. Christy is also well-known for her “free cookie for the walk,” a small gesture of kindness she offers to customers and families strolling by. For Christy, the smiles and surprises on the faces of the community members she serves are the true rewards of her new journey.

Mama Pearls Baking: A Gulfport Original. For Karen Koncsol, the secret to the perfect loaf of banana nut bread isn’t found in a modern cookbook, it’s tucked away in her family history. As the founder of Mama Pearls Baking, Karen honors the legacy of her mother, Nina Pearl, by bringing her cherished original recipe to life for the local community. A proud Gulfport resident, Karen, is a staple at the Gulfport Tuesday Fresh Market, where she believes in quality without compromise. You won’t find skimping here; every loaf is packed with a generous amount of nuts and premium ingredients to ensure the perfect bite every time. The proof is in the decade-long track record: for 10 years, customers have consistently dubbed her signature banana nut bread the best they’ve ever had. Whether you’re a market regular or a first-time visitor, one slice of Mama Pearl’s legacy is all it takes to see why this woman-owned business is a local favorite.

Sylvia Dale: Sylvia Dale Collection, a boutique sewing studio specializing in handmade quilts and functional kitchen textiles. With a passion for sewing that spans decades and a dedicated focus over the last seven years, Sylvia creates high-quality baby quilts and custom memory quilts designed to be cherished for a lifetime. She is a familiar face at regional events, where her versatile bowl and plate cozies have become her most sought-after items. Offering everything from team-spirited sports fabrics to festive holiday prints, Sylvia Dale Collection combines tradition with everyday utility

“The Tuesday Market is Gulfport’s prime spot for discovering both everyday necessities, truly unique finds and items,” says Scott Linde, president of the Gulfport Merchants Chamber of Commerce. “When you shop here, you are connecting directly with and uplifting the talented businesses who make our community thrive”.
