Trenam Law Expands Its Team with the Addition of Shareholder Jodi Ruberg in New Sarasota Office

November 13, 2024 – TAMPA, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce that Jodi Ruberg has joined as a Shareholder in Sarasota, Fla. Ruberg’s addition builds on the firm’s expansion into Sarasota announced in June 2024.

Ruberg joins Trenam as a Shareholder in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group, based in the Sarasota office. She specializes in corporate, real estate and health care transactions and her services include drafting and negotiating various agreements on behalf of her clients.

Ruberg is an active leader in Sarasota’s professional community. She currently serves on the Realtor Attorney Joint Committee for the Realtor Association of Sarasota Manatee. Ruberg recently completed two terms as a Governor for the Florida Bar Board of Governors’ Young Lawyers Division. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Sarasota County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and is a graduate of Leadership Sarasota. Ruberg has been recognized as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers (2019-2024) and an Elite Top Attorney in Sarasota by SRQ Magazine (2021-2024).

Ruberg earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and her law degree from the Florida State University College of Law.
