23-story tower is proposed to be developed near the Trop
April 12, 2022 - Apogee Real Estate Partners has submitted plans to build a 23-story apartment tower at 155 17th Street South. The project entails building 204 apartments, 6,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, as well as a 300-space parking garage. The plans call for an existing warehouse to be demolished. The proposed project will be reviewed by the City Council on April 21st.
