Area home prices climb in 2018
February 12, 2019 - The median sales price for a single family home in the Tampa-St. Pete metro in 2018 was $235,000, a 6.8 percent increase over 2017. There were 48,161 closed sales for single family homes in 2018, about on par with the previous year, a report from Florida Realtors said.
