Bojangles sets opening date for only Pinellas location
October 27, 2025 - Southern fried chicken chain Bojangles will open its sole Tampa Bay location Nov. 4 in Pinellas Park. The 2,414-square-foot space at 7930 U.S. Hwy. 19 formerly housed a Burger King. Bojangles previously had a significant presence in Pinellas County in the 1980s, and now plans to open five new restaurants throughout Florida by the end of 2025.
