Brick Street Farms receives $10k grant
November 19, 2021 - Brick Street Farms, a St. Pete-based company that operates a hydroponic farm using climate-controlled shipping containers, was awarded $10,000. The group was awarded the $10,000 during the Disrupt the Bay event, which focuses on providing funding to businesses that are looking to grow or expand. Brick Street Farms plans to use the funds towards funding its new Hub model. The Hubs will provide an all-inclusive onsite farming and retail location in urban cores. Brick Street Farms plans to break ground on the new Hubs in February 2022.
