Busch Gardens is under federal investigation
November 26, 2025 - The U.S. Department of Justice has launched a federal investigation into United Parks & Resorts Inc. for allegedly violating the Americans with Disabilities Act. The company owns Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica Orlando, in addition to other theme parks nationwide. The investigation stems from the parks banning guests from using wheeled walkers.
