City opens new public parking lot downtown
May 3, 2025 - The City of St. Petersburg opened a new public parking lot Friday at the corner of 4th Avenue and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Street North. The 39-space surface lot is under I-375. Parking is free for 15 minutes, $5 daily and $42.80 monthly through the ParkMobile app (Zone 2028).
