Duke installs new EV chargers at USF St. Pete
August 21, 2025 - Duke Energy has installed four new fast-charging electric vehicle (EV) stations on the University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus, near the Tavern at Bayboro. The chargers are available to anyone with an active USF parking permit. The St. Petersburg-based utility also donated $48,000 to expand and equip an outdoor study station with solar-powered charging capabilities.
