Duke seeks to recoup $1 billion in storm response costs

December 28, 2024 - St. Petersburg-based Duke Energy Florida has filed a plan with the Florida Public Service Commission to recover an estimated $1.1 billion in costs associated with Hurricanes Debby, Helene and Milton.
