Dunedin apartments sell for $62.5 million
February 27, 2020 - Westdale Asset Management Ltd., a national real estate and management company headquartered in Dallas, has acquired Dunedin Commons, a 280-unit, Class A garden-style apartment community at 2701 Dunedin Commons Place. The seller was Primerica Group One, a real estate firm specializing in commercial and multifamily development in the Tampa Bay area. Berkadia, a joint venture of Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group, arranged the sale, according to a news release. Dunedin Commons was built in 2018.
