EDGE District apartments to soon welcome residents
October 3, 2025 - The long-awaited Viv Apartment complex at 1000 1st Ave. N. in St. Petersburg's EDGE District will begin welcoming residents in November. Connecticut-based developer Belpointe OZ first announced the project in 2021. Viv will feature twin 15-story towers with 269 units, and a four-story, 355-space parking garage.
