Florida Legislature approves fiscal year budget of $115.1 billion
June 17, 2025 - The Florida legislature approved a $115.1 billion state budget Monday, for FY 2025-26. This represents a $3.8 billion reduction from the previous year, while retaining $12.4 billion in total reserves. Governor Ron DeSantis has until July 1 to approve the proposed budget, or apply line-item vetoes.
