Goldman Sachs names Lumina CEO as ‘most intriguing entrepreneur’

October 14, 2020 - Allan Martin, co-founder and CEO of Tampa technology company Lumina, was named one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2020 by Goldman Sachs. Lumina is a data and artificial intelligence company that conducts open-source searches across the internet on individuals at unmatched speed and scale. Martin and data scientist Morten Middelfart founded Lumina in 2015 to use artificial intelligence as a force for good, to identify risks and threats, and to help people protect themselves, Martin previously told the St. Pete Catalyst. Goldman Sachs will honor Martin and 99 other business leaders at its Builders + Innovators Summit. The two-day event, which will be virtual this year,  brings together a collective of impressive future leaders who are striving to drive meaningful change, David Solomon, Goldman Sachs CEO, said in a news release.
