Greenwise Market slated for Water Street Tampa
July 16, 2019 - A Greenwise Market is expected to open in late 2021 in Water Street Tampa, a $3 billion mixed-use development in downtown Tampa. Greenwise is a specialty, natural and organic store, owned and operated by Publix Super Markets Inc. The Greenwise Market will join a traditional Publix, slated to open in August in the Channelside District, a news release said. The current Publix GreenWise Market in Tampa’s Hyde Park neighborhood will be converted to a traditional Publix during the store’s planned remodel scheduled to begin next month.
