Hubbard’s Marina acquires John’s Pass tourist attractions
November 6, 2025 - Madeira Beach-based Hubbard's Marina has acquired the Royal Conquest Pirate Ship, Dolphin Quest and Shark Boat Tours, three longstanding tourist attractions that also operate from John's Pass Village. Family-owned Hubbard's Marina, a local staple for nearly a century, will continue operating the businesses. The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority recently selected Hubbard's Marina to operate a new Tampa Bay Ferry.
