Jabil acquires Hanley Energy for $725 million
November 5, 2025 - Jabil has acquired Ireland-based Hanley Energy Group for approximately $725 million as the global electronics manufacturer continues increasing its investments in data center operations. Hanley engineers turnkey energy management systems that support data center infrastructure worldwide. St. Petersburg-based Jabil, a Fortune 500 company, believes the deal will increase annual revenue by $350 million to $400 million.
