Joe’s Creek master plan gets the thumbs-up from Council
August 25, 2025 - The Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved the Joe’s Creek Industrial Park Master Plan Aug. 19. It was designed to provide recommendations on land use changes and infrastructure needs within the 160.7-acre park in the Lealman Community Redevelopment Area. The plan was created in response to Forward Pinellas’s Target Employment and Industrial Land Study.
