Leslie Laney is the new General Manager of WUSF
December 19, 2025 - WUSF Station Manager Leslie Laney has been promoted to General Manager, replacing JoAnn Urofsky, who recently announced her retirement. Laney, who joined the WUSF staff in 2018, will over the WUSF 89.7 news and public affairs channel, as well as WSMR 89.1 and 103.9, Florida’s only 24-7 classical music station.
