Local health care workers to be honored at Super Bowl

January 22, 2021 - Some 7,500 vaccinated health care workers, most of whom work at hospitals and medical facilities in central Florida and the Tampa Bay region, will receive free tickets to Super Bowl LV on Feb. 7 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. The NFL has arranged for them to receive on-air recognition during the CBS broadcast of the big game. The NFL also announced that 14,500 fans will be permitted to attend the Super Bowl in person.
