New Jersey ‘data plumber’ buys Tampa’s Legal Easy
July 18, 2019 - ELLKAY LLC acquired the assets of Tampa-based Legal Easy Inc., including the X-Link medical software interfacing solution. Financial terms were not disclosed in a news release. ELLKAY, based in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, is a technology company that describes itself as a “data plumber.” Its products are used to exchange healthcare information and data between doctors, hospitals, laboratories, insurance companies and others.
