PandaDoc raises $30M, plans to hire in St. Pete

August 6, 2020 - PandaDoc, a San Francisco-based document automation platform with an office in St. Petersburg, plans to add employees locally and at its other offices, now that it has completed a $30 million capital raise. The round was led by One Peak, a growth equity investment firm, with participation from Microsoft’s Venture Fund, Savano Capital Partners, Rembrandt Venture Partners and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. David Sipes, former RingCentral chief operating officer, also participated as an investor in this round and will join the PandaDoc board of directors, a news release said. The company said it would use the proceeds to capture additional market share. It also will hire workers in its offices in San Francisco, St. Petersburg, Minsk, Belarus and Manila, founder Mikita Mikado told Crunchbase.
