Pete’s Bagels announces new downtown St. Pete concept
January 31, 2025 - The owner of Pete’s Bagels has announced plans to open a new cafe concept, dubbed Seymour’s, at 407 Central Avenue in downtown St. Petersburg. The roughly 1,200-square-foot space sits within the historic Snell Arcade building across the street from the Residences at 400 Central condominium tower. Seymour’s will replace Samurai Cat Japanese Café and Bakery.
