PNC Bank moves into St. Pete’s tallest tower
November 21, 2025 - PNC Bank is the latest tenant to lease space at The Residences at 400 Central, the tallest building in St. Petersburg. The bank will occupy 3,000 square feet at the mixed-use development, which will begin welcoming residents by the end of the year. PNC Bank plans to open 22 new branches throughout Tampa Bay, and joins Dynasty Financial Partners (45,000 square feet) and Volta Wine + Market (2,000 square feet) at 400 Central.
