Rowdies announce the return of nine players for 2022
December 18, 2021 - The Tampa Bay Rowdies announced the return of several key contributors for 2022 on Friday. Young players returning to the club include Lucky Mksona, Jordan Adebayo-Smith and Steevan Dos Santos, the team’s second-leading scorer. Yann Ekra leads a group of returning veterans that also includes Dayonn Harris and Conner Antley. Defender Jordan Scarlett will again wear the green and gold, as will goalkeeper Raiko Arozarena. Notably, 2021 Goalkeeper of the Year Evan Louro’s contract expired, and he is now a free agent. The Rowdies previously locked in 2021 Coach of the Year Neil Collins to a multi-year contract extension.
