San Martin Bridge will temporarily have one lane

March 27, 2026 - The City of St. Petersburg will close one lane of the San Martin Bridge starting March 30. According to a prepared statement, the closure will remain in effect through October. The City is "beginning construction work to relocate critical utilities currently attached to the San Martin Bridge to beneath Riviera Bay." Drivers can anticipate traffic delays on San Martin Blvd. and 83rd Avenue N. For more information, visit this link.
