Silicon Valley tech company relocates to Tampa

January 5, 2021 - Cybersecurity firm OPSWAT has moved its corporate headquarters from San Francisco to Tampa and plans to hire 100 additional employees to support its growth. According to a press release, OPSWAT specializes in fighting malware and zero-day attacks and has 10 offices, 350 employees and more than 1,000 clients around the world. Founder and CEO Benny Czarny, in a statement, says the company will retain a presence in San Francisco but is “excited to strengthen our East Coast presence and join Tampa’s emerging technology and cybersecurity ecosystem.”
