South Florida company buys St. Pete-based dental lab network
April 1, 2021 - National Dentex Labs in Palm Beach Gardens has acquired Dental Services Group, a St. Peterburg-based network of dental laboratories across North America. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combined company will operate under the National Dentex Labs brand and be led by Tom Caulton, who is CEO of National Dentex Labs. The combination creates one of the strongest dental lab companies in the world, Lou Azzara, CEO of Dental Services Group, said in a news release. Together, the firms will serve more than 50,000 customers across the United States. National Dentex Labs was acquired by private investment group Cerebus Capital Management last year.
