St. Pete launches District 2 master planning process
December 19, 2025 - St. Petersburg will officially launch its long-awaited District 2 master planning process in January; however, Councilmember Brandi Gabbard has invited anyone who lives, works or plays in the area to help shape its future now by offering their feedback. The city's northernmost district is home to its largest employment center and encompasses the Gateway, Gandy and Carillon areas, and several coastal neighborhoods.
