St. Pete ranks among top cities for veterans
November 3, 2025 - Personal finance platform WalletHub has compared the 100 largest U.S. cities across 19 metrics to determine the "best and worst places for veterans to live in 2025. St. Petersburg ranked 8th, and Tampa placed 2nd. WalletHub scored each city according to the number of military skill-related jobs, livability, affordability and other indicators of veteran-friendliness.
