St. Pete scientist named to Red Tide task force

August 2, 2019 - Leanne Flewelling, a research administrator with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission in St. Petersburg, is one of 11 experts named by Gov. Ron DeSantis to the recently re-organized Red Tide Task Force. The task force had been inactive and without funding until it was reorganized today at the direction of DeSantis.
