St. Pete sets record with $27 million condo sale
July 22, 2025 - A duplex penthouse at the proposed Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Petersburg has been presold for $27 million, setting a new Tampa Bay record for the region's most expensive condominium. Bloomberg announced the record-breaking purchase Tuesday morning. A penthouse at the Ritz-Carlton in Tampa previously set the previous record for the area's most expensive condo when it sold for $11.6 million in 2021. Sales for the 50-story St. Petersburg project commenced in late April.
