St. Pete still ranks among ‘best places to retire’
September 6, 2025 - Personal finance platform WalletHub recently analyzed over 180 cities across 45 metrics, including affordability and quality of life, to determine the "best and worst places to retire" in 2025. St. Petersburg ranked 12th, Tampa placed fifth and Orlando paced the nation. However, St. Petersburg's health care ranking was No. 93.
