St. Pete’s concentration of REALTOR agents doubles U.S. average
December 13, 2025 - According to new data, St. Petersburg has 103% more agents affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) than the national average. The city's concentration of 2,197 agents per 100,000 residents ranks 10th in the U.S. Tampa ranked No. 8 (2,496) and Miami (7,856) paced the nation, according to Kind House Buyer's study.
