Tampa Bay ranks among top Southern tech hubs
December 30, 2024 - Commercial Café recently ranked Tampa Bay 18th among the “best Southern metro areas for tech development,” ahead of Jacksonville and Orlando. The online commercial real estate platform’s researchers ranked Tampa Bay fourth for business growth and eighth for its tech earnings increase. Washington, D.C. placed first on the list, followed by Austin, Texas and Raleigh, North Carolina.
