Tuxedo Court project gets the go-ahead from commission

November 8, 2021 - Last week, the Petersburg Development Review Commission approved plans for a 15-story apartment tower that will be built near Tropicana Field. The proposed $65.4 million development – dubbed the Tuxedo Court – will house 260 residential units and 2,700 square feet of ground-floor retail/restaurant space. The site plans for the tower were filed by Tuxedo Court LLC, which is linked to White/Peterman Properties Inc. The architect on record is Kansas-based LK Architecture and Engineering. During the same meeting, the commission approved The Kolter Group's plans to build a 41-story tower at 200 Central.
