USF cheer team wins a third straight championship
January 17, 2023 - For the third consecutive year, the University of South Florida’s Coed Cheer Team was named the best in America. The coed team claimed its third straight national title in the D1A Large Coed category, and USF All Girl Cheer won the D1A Game Day title. Disney’s Wide World of Sports in Orlando hosted the Universal Cheerleading Association (UCA) College Nationals Jan. 13-15. USF joined the University of Kentucky’s coed cheer team as the only program to win three straight national championships.
