Vinoy’s new fine dining restaurant announces opening date
May 13, 2025 - The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club announced Tuesday that its new signature restaurant, Elliott Aster, will open May 20. The new concept was created in partnership with James Beard Award-nominated chef Lee Wolen and the Michelin-starred Boka Restaurant Group, based in Chicago. Elliott Aster, named after Florida's native lavender wildflower, will offer "refined" meals in the dining room and aperitivos and cocktails on its waterfront patio. Reservations are now available through OpenTable.
