Warby Parker to open first St. Pete store
June 2, 2026 - Warby Parker will open its first St. Petersburg location at 1124 Central Avenue in the EDGE District, bringing the popular eyewear retailer’s prescription glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses and eye care services to downtown. The store will occupy the former Bacon Bitch space in a property owned by Dallas-based investment firm 90Ten, which has invested $18.5 million in the district since December. While an opening date has not been announced, the company is already hiring staff and plans to offer eye exams, prescription updates and a full lineup of eyewear products. Warby Parker joins a growing roster of businesses expanding in the EDGE District.
