Zillow Offers coming to Tampa
May 9, 2019 - Zillow plans to launch its Zillow Offers program in Tampa and five other cities by the end of the first quarter of 2020. Under the program, launched last year, Zillow directly buys a house, prepares it for showings, and lists it for sale. Agents from local brokerages represent Zillow in the transaction, a news release said.
