City hosts hurricane preparedness expo for seniors
July 22, 2025 - The City of St. Petersburg's Parks & Recreation Department will host a Mid-Season Hurricane Preparedness Expo for seniors on Thursday, July 31. The free event will address the unique needs of seniors and offer a comprehensive range of services and information related to storm preparation. The expo is from 1 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the Sunshine Senior Center, and the first 100 registered attendees will receive complimentary hurricane kits. For more information, visit the website here.
