Profile
Alpha UMi is a specialty content developer and provider of leadership, professional development, critical thinking and soft skills training products. Their signature product is branded as "5G Power Skills". 5G refers to the unprecedented 5 Generations in the workforce today. This facilitated program consists of 25 workshops of roughly 1 hour in length. We train your trainers, we partner with training providers, or we will provide the training. The train-the-trainer approach provides added value by allowing an organization to control costs, and to adapt the curriculum as best fits its needs. With the significant mobility of the workforce, investment in employee development provides ROI through enhanced employee engagement, improved performance and productivity, improved conflict resolution and avoidance and increased retention. The organization benefits from higher profitability and improved customer experience. This highly transformative experience is not like other 'sit and get' training programs. A recent survey was taken of 5G Power Skills certificate holders who completed the training between 6 weeks and 1 year ago. 100% of responders indicated that 5G Power Skills had a POSITIVE impact on their personal lives. 58% reported that their job/position IMPROVED after taking 5G Power Skills. The 5G Power Skills program is being adopted in industry and academic training programs.
