Through general session, workshops and outreach, leaders are equipped and empowered with the tools they need to go back to their communities to impact the culture for Christ. With the opportunity to learn from successful leaders in the urban context, attendees can choose from several different focus tracks such as: Youth Ministry, Church Planting, Music & Business, Entrepreneurship, and Church Innovation.

The entire event is hosted at Crossover Church in the Uptown Innovation District in Tampa, Florida. The church is located in a former Toys R’ Us store that they uniquely converted into a church. Crossover has been listed as one of the most innovative churches in America and is known for its creativity in music, preaching and outreach.
