Places This Week: Amazon site, Belleair Beach resort sells

Amazon warehouse sells 

The Pinellas Park site of the e-commerce giant Amazon’s terminus for last-mile consumer deliveries has sold. 

The SFG LM Pinellas Park LLC entity sold the property at 6101 45th St. to SFG STPK LM Pinellas Park LLC for over $63.4 million. 

Both entities are tied to Atlanta-based Stonemont Financial.

The buyer took out a roughly $50.4 million mortgage loan from Goldman Sachs Bank.  

Stonemont previously purchased the property from Gulfcoast Financial Partners and also bought three adjacent buildings, totaling over 120,000 square feet, from Park Industrial Properties.

Belleair Beach Club, Dunedin bed and breakfast sells

The boutique Belleair Beach Club resort has a new owner. 

Clearwater-based BBC Acquisition Group sold the property at 3200 Gulf Blvd. in Belleair Beach to an LLC tied to Clearwater-based Global Sky Holdings Inc., which is connected to the local Tropical Breeze Motel.

The buyer purchased the 15-unit property for $7.1 million. 

The rooms in the resort were recently renovated, according to the beach club’s website. The resort, located two miles south of Clearwater Beach, offers a swimming pool and private beach access.

The same LLC purchased the 11-unit Beyond The Wall Bed and Breakfast property at 520 Skinner Blvd. in Dunedin.

The buyer purchased the property for $3.1 million from Mark Rocco and his wife, Michelle. 

Derek Donnelly closes on studio space 

Local muralist Derek Donnelly has closed on an art studio space he’s operated out of over the past six years. 

Several weeks ago, Donnelly won the approval of the City of Pinellas Park to purchase the structure at 5705 Park Blvd., which was built in 2016 with shipping containers.

Donnelly said he closed on the property Wednesday for $170,000.

The city advertised the property for sale as part of its effort to enhance its Creative District and received multiple offers. 

Donnelly will continue to operate his business at the gallery and studio site known as COVE (Creative Opportunities and Visual Entertainment). 

Donnelly said he plans to make minors repairs on the building. 

Tarpon Springs warehouses sell 

NNN Foodservice Solutions has sold its multiple Tarpon Springs warehouses in a $3 million deal.

The warehouses are located at 110 and 114 East Boyer Street and 301 S. Pinellas Ave., which combined are just under 20,000 square feet, according to property records.

The buyer, S & A Brothers LLC, is connected to a New Port Richey company. 

NNN Foodservice Solutions provides equipment to restaurants and has worked with local companies including Red Mesa, Hogan’s Hangout, the Naked Farmer and others, according to its website.
