Inspired Giving

The Community Foundation of Tampa Bay and the Catalyst are teaming up to bring you the brightest minds in nonprofit, social enterprise and philanthropy.  In the new podcast Inspired Giving, host Wilma Norton, V.P. of Marketing and Communications at the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, speaks with donors, non-profit leaders and recipients to explore how giving impacts the lives of everyone connected to the process.

She’ll profile the latest initiatives in Tampa Bay, and share acumen that elevates the St. Petersburg NPO community.

In the inaugural episode, Wilma and co-host Matt Spence welcome Kila Englebrook to the studio. Englebrook is the CEO of the Social Enterprise Alliance. She came to St. Pete from her headquarters in Nashville for Tampa Bay Start-up Week’s Social Enterprise track, where she shared the work the Alliance is doing to help spark this movement and continue its growth.

Englebrook joins Matt & Wilma to talk all things social enterprise. From its transformative future to how enthusiasts can get started – and how St. Pete’s scene is doing – Englebrook shares her expertise and experience with the Alliance and her previous tenure at Ashoka.
