Local researcher living underwater hits 50-day mark
April 20, 2023 - A University of South Florida professor and former naval officer attempting to live 30 feet underwater for 100 days is halfway to his goal. Dr. Joseph Dituri announced his milestone from the Jules Undersea Lodge in Key Largo. He believes the ocean holds the answers to some of life’s most pressing questions and is conducting several groundbreaking research initiatives.
