Homes sales drop in Tampa Bay
April 29, 2023 - A recent report by the National Association of Realtors states that Tampa Bay homes sales declined by 15.4% in March compared to 2022. While the region’s median sale price - $395,000 - represents a 1.3% year-over-year increase, the average listing spent 30 more days on the market. National home sales plummeted by 22% from March 2022 to March 2023.
