An 11,000 square foot parcel of land, located at 2531 4th Street N., St. Petersburg, has listed for sale with an asking price of $4.3 million. 

The property contains two structures. One is at two-story 1,824 square-foot building, constructed in 1939, which currently houses the Old Farmer’s Creamery Ice Cream shop on the ground level.

Upstairs are two fully-occupied studio apartments, both leased on a month-month basis, providing flexibility for future redevelopment. The ground floor commercial space can be designed for a variety of business purposes.

The other building, 1,100 square feet, was constructed in 1982. It has three office spaces, one which is currently being leased by a barber shop.

Roofs were replaced on both buildings, one in 2010 and the other in 2016.

The property was purchased by the current owner, Shops on 4th LLC, in 2018 for a price of $850,000.

The Pink Streets home sells in one day

A four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home located at 1735 Karleton Place S. in St. Petersburg was listed and sold Feb. 4 for $1.2 million. Sitting on more than a third-acre lot, the property is situated in “The Pink Streets” neighborhood of Greater Pinellas Point.

The two-story, 2,578 square-foot home features an open concrete Great Room with an electric fireplace, vinyl plank floors and vaulted wood-beam ceilings. Down the hall from the commercial grade kitchen, with concrete countertops and volume ceiling, is a spacious whiskey cellar. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bath, three guest bedrooms/office space and a full bath.

Outdoors is an in-ground salt-water pool, a custom deck, pergola lounge, outdoor lighting, poolside cabanas and room to park a boat, RV or large trailer. 

The property, built in 1964, last sold in 2018 for $420,000.

Grand Central District Investment Opportunity

An 1,800 square-foot retail/office building located at 3023 Central Ave. in the Grand Central District of St. Petersburg has listed with a sales price of $840,000.

The one-story property, built in 1957, is 100% leased with two tenants. Three separate front and back doors provide potential for three independent spaces, each with their own bathroom. There are 10 dedicated parking spaces as well as off-street parking.

The building has 45 feet of frontage on Central Avenue and is within walking distance to Historic Kenwood and Palmetto Park neighborhoods. The SunRunner bus stop is one block west. CCT-2 Zoning, within the Central Avenue Corridor Activity Center overlay, allows for multiple uses.

Dunedin FedEx Ship Center property for sale

A single-tenant industrial space, located at 1881 Main St. in Dunedin, is for sale with an asking price of $4.6 million. Two buildings, constructed in 1986, encompass 38,000 square feet and sit on a 3.39-acre lot. The property has been leased to FedEx since 1985. The remaining term on the lease is 7.2 years with a 10 percent rent increase in year six and five-year options to renew.

The rear of the property is fully fenced with nine garage doors and four full-size loading docks. The sale also includes an additional adjacent parcel for future expansion. It is situated on a signalized intersection with a dedicated turn lane and separate parking areas for customers and FedEx vehicles.

The current owner, Rambor Investment Corporation, purchased the property in 1986 for $2.96 million.

Safety Harbor office building sells

Following 597 days on the market, a property located at 531 Main Street in Safety Harbor sold Feb. 1 for $3.25 million. The 11,820 square-foot building, 9,800 of which is heated space, sits on a 32,339 square-foot lot and was built in 1984.

The sale also included properties located at 525 and 509 Main Street. Current tenants include Supreme Water Sales, Main Street Pharmacy and Peace of Mind Spa.

The seller, Bay Area Property Management Inc., purchased the property in 1987 for $372,100. The buyer was Tzekas Zaide of Zaide Enterprises, Inc. with an address on Clearwater Beach.

A four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home located at 8639 Maidstone Court in the Bardmoor neighborhood in Seminole has listed for $1.2 million. The 4,000+ square-foot home was built in 1981 and sits on a cul-de-sac with a tranquil pond and oversized backyard.
