St. Pete receives $3.6 million to improve streets

November 16, 2024 - The City of St. Petersburg received $3.645 million Friday from the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Safe Streets and Roads for All program. Officials will use the grant money to increase road safety citywide. Mayor Ken Welch thanked Congresswoman Kathy Castor for helping secure the funding.
